How do I cancel my lost or stolen credit card?

You may log in to cancel the lost or stolen card or you may contact us to cancel the card by phone.

How can I increase my line of credit?

The primary cardholder or applicant must contact us and make the request.

How can the Chevron Business Card help my business?

The Chevron Business Card can help you track your business fueling expenses separately from your other business expenses.  The Business Card can help you control and monitor fuel purchases through detailed reporting and access to your account online 24/7.  The Business Card can even help prevent unauthorized fuel purchases through the use of Driver Identification Numbers which can be required before a purchase can be made.

What type of reporting will I receive with the Chevron Business Card?

With the Chevron Business Card, you will receive a statement that provides details on every purchase.  You can also receive a Vehicle Management Report, which provides detailed tracking information by card and driver or vehicle.  It also helps to track the amount of GST paid for each transaction.  You also have the flexibility of receiving your statement electronically.  Click here to see samples of the reports available.

The Chevron Business Card can be used at Chevron fueling locations in Canada and thousands of Chevron and Texaco stations in the U.S. for fuel and convenience store items.

What is the status of my new account application?

Normal processing time for a new account is 7 to 10 business days. If you applied for a Business account and wish to check the status, please contact at 888-243-8359.

Payments and Credits

How do I make a payment to my business fuel card account?

It’s easy to make a payment by mail. Simply mail your check along with your statement remittance stub for easy processing. You may also make a payment using your bank’s online or telephone banking service, ATMs and direct to a teller.

How can I sign up to receive business fuel card statements sent to me electronically?

Log-in to access your account online and change the setting to have your statement sent electronically.

My payment hasn’t posted to my account. How long does it take to post?

Please allow 5 to 7 days for your payment to be received if sent through the Postal Service. If sufficient time has passed and your payment has yet to post, check with your bank to verify whether the payment has cleared.


How is my finance charge calculated on my business gas card account?

Please refer to the back of your billing statement under “Finance Charge Calculations”. If you need further assistance, contact us.

How do I avoid late fees?

To avoid being assessed late fees on your business fuel card account, pay the amount due on your statement by the due date. The postmark on your envelope will not protect your account from receiving a late fee, it must be received before the due date.

How can I get a copy of the terms for my business fuel card account?

They are available by calling Customer Service at 866-435-3201.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my User ID or password?

Your User ID is your email address.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page of your account online. A new window will pop us: enter your email address and account number. Click submit, and a new password will be emailed to you.
